Vegas Technology
Toronto-based Vegas Technology started out as payment processor OddsOn, a company that took payments and transferred money over the internet for e-commerce professionals. After experiencing much success, the company expanded and created a software division to experiment with designing Java games.
With a background in gaming, OddsOn was well-suited for the online gambling market, a factor which prompted them to acquire gaming licenses in Antigua and Barbados. Their experience with as e-commerce and internet banking laid the foundation for their new online gambling venture, where they would regularly be processing payments over the internet.
In 2003, OddsOn merged with renowned gaming operator English Harbour Gaming Ventures. It was then that they dropped the name “OddsOn” and became Vegas Technology, and ever since the company has produced over 100 downloadable and web-based titles. Their games are well-known for their innovative and advanced graphic design.
Vegas Technology specializes in producing slots, as they have produced over 80 different slot games. They have also done remarkable work with slots tournaments, offering almost all of their slots games in multiplayer tournament mode. Now, Vegas Technology is one of the most popular hosts of slot tournaments on the internet.
